To support the main elements of Mystery Shopping and Test Calling, we offer a range of statutory and customer based courses designed to improve staff performance and efficiency.
We run statutory courses in Health and Safety, Manual Handling, Ergonomics and Risk Assessment amongst others; we also offer Telephone Skills Training, Customer Service, Sales Techniques, Anger Management and courses for Dealing with Difficult Customers. These can be standard, generalised courses, or they can be tailor-made to be used specifically for your company.
